Senior Fund Awards New Direct Services Grants

Proposals from 12 organizations were approved by Senior Fund of St. Louis City’s Board of Directors to receive one-year grants that began July 1 totaling $621,136.  

The Direct Services grant opportunity was funding awarded to support programs and services for older adults in the City of St. Louis focused on Caregiving Support or Case Management and Resource Navigation.

Senior Fund received 41 applications for this funding round for a total of $2.5 million in requests, nearly four times what was budgeted for new Direct Services grant awards. The following non-profit organizations were awarded grants:

  1. Ashrei Foundation (Case Management & Resource Navigation)
  2. Behavioral Health Network of Greater St. Louis (Caregiving Support)
  3. EverTrue (Caregiving Support)
  4. Guardian Angel Settlement Association (Case Management & Resource Navigation)
  5. JFS (Caregiving Support)
  6. LifeWise STL (Caregiving Support)
  7. Lindenwood Area Senior Ministry (Case Management & Resource Navigation)
  8. Memory Care Home Solutions (Caregiving Support)
  9. Monarch Immigrant Services (Case Management & Resource Navigation)
  10. Northside Youth and Senior Service Center (Case Management & Resource Navigation)
  11. St. Francis Community Services (Case Management & Resource Navigation)
  12. St. Louis Society for the Blind and Visually Impaired (Case Management & Resource Navigation)

Along with these new grant awards, 10 additional organizations continued into their third year of 3-year grants for services focused on Housing and Economic Security. See the full list of organizations supported by the Senior Fund grants on our website.


Funded partners listed above are supported in part by their grant from Senior Fund of St. Louis City to serve residents in the City of St. Louis who are 60 years and older. Many organizations listed have additional resources to serve older adults in St. Louis City and other areas of the region.
