Senior Fund of St. Louis City is seeking a Director of Grants Administration to support its grantmaking operations and investments in organizations serving older adults across the City of St. Louis. Applications will be accepted through September 11, 2026.
The Director of Grants Administration plays a critical role in supporting Senior Fund’s complete grants-management lifecycle and its strategy for investing in programs and services for older adults in the City of St. Louis. The position ensures that direct service investments are accessible, well-administered, compliant, informed by evidence and community need, and positioned to achieve meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, detail-oriented, multitasker who enjoys a small team-based environment.
This position is full-time, exempt (37.5 hours per week); the starting pay range is $73,500 – $78,500 annually based on qualifications and experience. The position is based at Senior Fund’s office at 4220 Duncan. There is opportunity for a hybrid schedule after an orientation period.
