Senior Fund of St. Louis City invites qualified website design and development firms or independent contractors to submit proposals for a website refresh and accessibility compliance project.
The purpose of this project is to redesign and refresh Senior Fund’s website, incorporating updated branding while improving navigation, readability, accessibility, and mobile usability. The refreshed website should be an accessible, practical source of information for older adults, family caregivers, service providers, and community partners.
Specifically, the project will:
- Incorporate Senior Fund’s updated branding.
- Improve navigation, readability, accessibility, and mobile usability.
- Create clear pathways for older adults and caregivers seeking information and resources.
- Improve access to funding opportunities, application instructions, training, and capacity-building resources for service providers.
- Communicate Senior Fund’s role, investments, and community impact.
- Support public access to governance information and organizational documents.
- Enable efficient content management by a small staff team.
- Support compliance with applicable ADA Title II digital accessibility requirements and WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
The anticipated project period is December 2026 through April 2027, with the refreshed website required to launch no later than April 15, 2027. International vendors are not eligible for this opportunity.
Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Central Time on Friday, November 6, 2026.
